I hereby waive and release all coaches and staff from any liability for injuries sustained to my child whilst in attendance of the training programme. I accept full responsibility for my child’s medical bills and associated expenses as a result of injury or illness sustained whilst in attendance at Top Flight Football Academy. Top Flight Football Academy reserves the right to modify aspects of the programme as it deems necessary for the benefit of all participants.

Disclaimer for Video/Photo Production: By registering your child in Top Flight Football Academy programmes you authorize the management to film video of the sessions and/or take still shots which may be used as a form of promotional advertising for use on the website, Facebook, YouTube and other social media. No personal details of the children involved will be disclosed to any third parties without the express permission of the relevant parent/guardian.
