Top Flight Football Academy (TOFFA) is a football consultancy based out of Auckland, New Zealand. With over 12 years experience coaching in both junior and senior environments, having designed and implemented development programmes for academies and clubs, we are well placed to help and mentor individual players, teams, coaches and clubs to improve their performance and long term sustainability .
Whether it be individual player analysis, team and opposition analysis, building a club methodology or player development programme, helping with session design or providing session plans, we are committed to helping players, coaches and clubs improve, for the benefit of the game here in New Zealand and abroad.
